Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance, otherwise your deposit will not be refunded. $100 deposit is required once appointment is confirmed. Client and guests must be over 18 years old and have valid government identification with photo and current address. Any guests in attendance must be approved prior to appointment. If there is more than the pre-approved client(s) in attendance, the Maid will leave and no refund will be issued. Maids will be escorted by a driver (driver will wait in vehicle until appointment completed). If more than 15km outside of chosen maids location, an extra charge will be added for the Maids commute.
